The Role

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be enthused about being the first friendly face to contact for our customers; driving sales, selling merchandise and insurance, following up on enquiries and recommending the best solution, writing blogs and social media posts, dealing with administration, processing payments, invoicing, ordering and general housekeeping.


Having gained experienced at a similar level in the customer service, sales or marketing sectors, you’ll be enthusiastic, motivated and confident. You’ll need to be able to take initiative with a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude and be capable of working independently or as a team player. You’ll be computer literate, possess strong selling and communication skills and have a good knowledge of MS windows. You’ll also have a professional appearance and live within 30 minutes travelling time of our facility. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working in a small business and creative copy writing, hold a full driving licence with your own car.


In this role, you’ll be required to work for 3 days per week including every other Saturday, sharing cover during our office hours on a rota basis;

Monday – Friday
9.00am – 6.00pm
9.00am – 1.00pm

The normal fortnightly rotation will be 3 weekdays, then 2 weekdays & 1 Saturday. In addition, you’ll be flexible in terms of providing additional cover for holidays and busy periods.
