Although reservation deposits are non-refundable, you can up or downsize to a different unit (subject to availability) according to the difference in unit price, when signing your storage licence without penalty.
Yes our facility is open for existing customer access everyday, 7am-9pm. If you’re interested in viewing our facility, please contact us to arrange an appointment during our office hours.
You can rent a self storage unit to store for less than one day, but our minimum chargeable period is one calendar month.
The contents of your unit need to be fully insured – we provide cost-effective insurance or you can arrange & present proof of your own insurance cover. You’ll also need to secure your room with a padlock, available to purchase from our Box Shop, or by bringing your own.

I have used other storage for both personal and business useages with various degrees of satisfaction but Morespace beats them all hands down.To start with the family team of David and Roger provide a friendly "can I help" service to users.Secondly the layout and equipment provided for users are both outstanding are both top of the class.Thirdly the security system keeps out the crooks, but allows users password access day and night.Lastly the buiding is kept immaculately clean always. When I cleared my unit there was no layer of dust and everthing was dry and in the same condition as years before.The lifts are great, and replace the former gas forklift that was less convenient but so much more fun!For all this I would expect to pay a premium - but the rates are very reasonable and have held the same for a long time.I am sad not to have an excuse to visit!!

Brand new build and a fantastic fascility. Security is second to none and open 24 hours 7 days a week. During office hours its manned as well. On around 4 floors there is unit after unit. Each unit has a further lock. Pay monthly or 6 monthly or annually. A huge sellection of sizes to fit all requirements and budgets. Lift always working but stair wells if you are feeling energetic

I have been with Morespace since they opened and am more than happy with the service they offer. I feel my belongings are really safe - security is amazing. The introduction of a new entrance and goods lift makes things even better - my unit is upstairs. I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly - David recently helped me with a dilemma and Roger has even helped carry some boxes upstairs to my unit (before the lift was installed).If I had a complaint it would be that it is not accessible 24/7 - there are folk out there who work nights or who live a long distance away who might need to come at times outside of the current times. Maybe David and Roger could think about this.

I have had my storage unit for 8 months now. I did my research before choosing Morespace and their prices are very reasonable! I went to view the unit the gentlemen (owner) was lovely. He has everything onsite that you would need (locks, man and a van referrals etc) The storage site is also very secure!!!!! I set up my direct debit and haven't had to worry about my valuables since. Highly recommend I sadly need my stuff back so won't need the unit any more and cancelling is so easy just had to email 14 days before the month ended they don't tie you in in anyway. I will be using Morespace again when I need to store my belongings.

I had my stuff in storage for almost 18 months. Easy access and great service. Our belongings were clean, safe and secure. Nothing was too much trouble for Roger and David. The only thing I'd ask for is a customer loo! Moving house takes several hours �

I used this storage for a few months between houses and can seriously day they are the best storage in the area! The building is nicely out of the way and is secure and weatherproof to safely protet your furniture and large items. The space cost was acceptable and the staff were helpful. Really good company!!
